The Transformation Phase is a significant undertaking that requires commitment from all stakeholders. Transitioning into Transformation may happen only after the prerequisite leadership training and assessment of the Trust-Building Phase.  Transition is not automatic, and time gaps between the 2 phases will vary from company to company. Shortcuts will only result in forced, ill-timed and unsustainable but costly transformation.

The culture of trust within an organization will be a key factor on whether or not the Transformation Phase will produce all intended benefits, and surprises that create risks of delay are to be expected. We will work with clients who are amenable to a predetermined time period wherein our team conducts a deep dive assessment of structures, people and processes, culminating in a formal presentation of recommendations. Clients have the option to discontinue the engagement indefinitely beyond this period, with no questions asked. This is our way of ensuring that our customers would only continue to procure services that truly add value to their operations.
