Building Trust
Organizational transformation is sustainable only in a culture of trust.
The most effective way for any organization to build a culture of trust is to institutionalize it. Institutionalizing trust inevitably begins with choosing people who possess the most suitable mix of skills and character, which every leader must embody in order to be effective.
The Trust-Building Phase currently provides clients with 2 modules to choose from for leadership training in a classroom setting:
Our Leadership 3-Series entitled "Commitment: A Leadership Essential", which runs over 2 days. Maximum 9 participants, most effectively in multiples of 3.
Our Leadership 5-Series entitled "Leadership: The 5 Necessities", which runs over 3 days. Maximum 12 participants, most effectively in multiples of 3.
These mutually independent modules have been designed around activities based on case studies that will not only supply beneficial learning for all participants but will also create opportunities for the training facilitator to observe and to assess the leadership attributes of every individual participant. Each module essentially combines our free initial consultation with leadership training that presumably has been already established by clients as a development need.
Business owners will always have multiple opportunities to observe character and personality over an employee's tenure but will not necessarily have the same level of clarity over employee skillsets. Employees on the other hand will always have options to develop all kinds of skills throughout their career.
Over a period of 3 days or less, our training modules will help identify which specific participants business owners can begin grooming into leadership roles as well as provide guidance for participants which specific skills and priorities to focus on over a given timeframe. Most of leadership development will happen outside a classroom setup. This means that assembling a project team to officially preside over any Transformation Phase rollout will be contingent upon how far both employers and training participants have moved forward with their takeaways and learnings from the Trust-Building Phase.
