Why We Soldier On

We believe in the dignity of work.  It follows that we also believe in jobs creation.  But more importantly, we believe that dignity is best measured by purpose, and thrives on hope.

We believe in the resourcefulness and grit of the Filipino. In the proper environment, Filipino employees can become significant contributors to the success and sustainability of the organizations they serve.

We believe that to build lasting organizations will require painstaking but well-designed business processes that encourage the development of beneficial habits and sustainable practices.  We regard the relationship of people and processes in the same way we view the harmony between man and machine. It follows that we believe in continuous improvement not only of people, but also of processes.

We believe that there is now an opportunity to revive the seemingly uncoordinated, frequently interrupted and nearly forgotten undertaking towards Philippine industrialization.  We believe that there is still time to find solutions to challenges that appear to have long stood in its way.  More importantly, because efforts in this area have fallen behind by at least one generation, we believe that continuing education, together with improved access, will supply the means to make up for lost time.

We believe that the pandemic, its lingering effects and all of the other disruptors that followed are a collective reminder that synergies, collaboration and the dismantling of silos are no longer just options, but imperatives. We believe that as businesses grow, they should become increasingly less about their founders and owners, and more about how people feel about serving in the organizations they lead. We believe the Covid-19 pandemic was a reboot, and a wake-up call to reevaluate and recalibrate the existing models and the way organizations and their founders think and operate. We also believe that the lessons from this reboot, if interpreted patiently and correctly by decision-makers and leaders, have the potential to become enduring opportunities for organizations.

We believe that ongoing efforts to boost public infrastructure, whether or not purely intended, will improve accessibility for all.  We also believe that some private sector organizations and their leaders are beginning to realize the need to reinforce those efforts.  Finally, we believe that, in order to ensure continuity, all these will require generations of talented and dedicated Filipinos, where they could be found or developed, to participate.   This needs to happen one generation, one organization, one individual at a time.

With years of collective experience designing, implementing and supporting processes and policies across primary business functions in multiple industries, our team is ready to expand its capability, broaden its scope and extend its longevity by engaging with individuals and organizations who share our beliefs, and understand these beliefs well enough to be willing to act upon them, to articulate them and to pass on the lessons for succeeding generations to help carry those beliefs forward .
