Our Core Values - The 4 C's

Many companies, our clients among them, place a very high premium on COMMITMENT, and so do we. If we are allowed only one core value that embraces all that we hold in the highest regard, this will be our C. In contrast with relatively more hierarchical organizations, however, we are at most and at our best an alliance of independent professionals and self-sustained freelancers. The collective nature of who we are and what we do can only be firmly bound together by our individual commitment to the three other C's:

COLLABORATION. We are committed to cooperative relationships with others, especially those who share our values even as they provide fresh ideas from relatively unfamiliar disciplines. Guided by the awareness that no single individual has a monopoly of all the answers and the firm belief that the most lasting solutions are often the balance of both experience and energy, we put in the time to break down walls in order to build bridges by fostering an atmosphere of communication that allows mutual respect and trust to sustainably grow and develop.
